Walter Oates
Walter is so disorganized that he is often misidentified as a genius. When giving directions it sounds as though he is speaking in cleverly crafted riddles. He has lost every umbrella ever given to him, and pretends that walking in the rain was his romantic idea all along. He litters his wake with misplaced to-do lists written in looping cursive so lovely that they can be mistaken for a scavenger hunt created by a mischievous wizard instead of a simple list of chilli ingredients he forgot to buy last time he was at the store. . He has no idea what he needs to get done today and hopes that no one is the wiser.
